Well, tomorrow is my first metic century. I'm a little nervous about it and hoping I didn't bite off more than I can chew. It's just a benefit ride, not a race. I'm just hoping I can pace myself and not take off like a bat out of hell and then fade out. I've done a couple of 40 mile rides and I was tired but I wasn't hurting or swearing off riding a bike ever again. Sorry about the rambling, but I just wanted to get this out and see if anyone has any last minute advice!!

Remember to eat enough, and drink frequently even if it's not hot out. It easy to get wrapped up in pedaling and forget about hydration.
