    Talking My Lynskey

I did it: I took the plunge and got a new bike Originally, Lynskey had a demo frame in my size but then they put the R230 on sale so I ended up receiving a new frame I also found a great deal on the groupset from LickBike so I decided to spend a little extra for an upgrade

It rides like a dream! The geometry is more comfortable than my first road bike and I love riding it! I still don't like hills but I think that's a user defect

I can't help but cringe whenever I have to go over rough roads

    Specs:

    Frame: Lynskey R230, XS
    Groupset: Campy Chorus 11 speed
    Cassette: 12-27
    Crank: 170mm, compact 34/50
Handlebars: FSA Wing Pro Compact, 40cm
    Stem: FSA OS-150, 90mm

I also transferred the saddle (Jett) and pedals (Ultegra SPD-SL) from my old bike

I also have Linda's computer on there (thank you!!! )

I can't speak for the components, but I can vouch for the fact that the R230 frame can stand up to some pretty serious abuse.

    Enjoy your ride.

Awesome! Love the frame; love the build.

I'd like to hear how you like your handlebars.

Is the 230 part of the houseblend as they call it? I'm hoping in about a year to get a Lynskey too.. the bike is gorgeous. Is the finish the natural titanium?

Thank you! Um...the handlebars are good...is there anything specific you want to know? I hang on to them and they help me steer...they don't really seem that different than the handlebars on my old road bike (Bontrager VR OS).

Yes, the R230 is a houseblend It's natural brushed (lowest price tier is satin finish) because it was included in the reduced price

Currently, I'm troubleshooting some shifting problems...
