could be a dehydration effect. Though I would think that for a spin class you are doing a good job of hydrating. I've only had it happen at the end of a long outdoor ride when it was really hot out.

It was really hot in there tonight. I drank two bottles of water over the course of 45 minutes.
I think it has to do with core temperature regulation and my body just was losing more water through sweat and cellular respiration than I could replace.
