I have not seen a thread started so hear goes...
Today was very windy and scattered showers, so I stayed inside and did about 45 minutes on the trainer. I was dripping sweat and out of breath so I know I had "a good ride". Then I put my bike away and thought, it was still not bad outside. So I went for a ten to fifteen minute run in the neighborhood.
This was my first time doing something like this. I really would have to work on the run because I have never liked running. Oh, well we will see, I will have to check my TRI books and see what they have to say for workouts.
Everyone here on the forums give me hope. Someday, I might do a triathalon.
