    Noo Shooz

I want to find myself a good pair of walking shoes, since I'll be doing a whole bunch 'o that in the next few months. I found some by Asics that sound like they'll be great for me.

"Those walkers prone to foot injuries will rejoice at the safety and comfort features built into this newcomer: GEL® Cushioning System, a rocker action midsole that smoothes gait, open mesh uppers, and PHF® (Personalized Heel Fit). "

I ordered them from Zappos, they should be here in a couple of days. If these don't work, do y'all have any favorite shoes you recommend?

Those do look sweet! And Asics tend to fit me nicely. Do they come in my size (women's 12 )? Otherwise, I've been using some standard Asics Gel something-or-others, and currently also a pair of Nikes (structure triax 11). But it's all about what fits. And what of that again they have in the shop. I tend to get new trainers whenever in the vicinity of Fleet Feet in Santa Rosa.

And while on the subject of feet and in the vicinity of Knot ... Knot, dear, what size shoes do you wear? ('S about those woolie longstockings, ya know.)
Half-marathon over. Sabbatical year over. It's back to "sacking shirt and oat cakes" as they say here.
