I want to find myself a good pair of walking shoes, since I'll be doing a whole bunch 'o that in the next few months. I found some by Asics that sound like they'll be great for me.
"Those walkers prone to foot injuries will rejoice at the safety and comfort features built into this newcomer: GEL® Cushioning System, a rocker action midsole that smoothes gait, open mesh uppers, and PHF® (Personalized Heel Fit). "
I ordered them from Zappos, they should be here in a couple of days. If these don't work, do y'all have any favorite shoes you recommend?

)? Otherwise, I've been using some standard Asics Gel something-or-others, and currently also a pair of Nikes (structure triax 11). But it's all about what fits. And what of that again they have in the shop. I tend to get new trainers whenever in the vicinity of Fleet Feet in Santa Rosa.
