Thanks! I know I'll have a PB. That's the nice thing about doing things for the first time.

I'm glad we rode the course last weekend. We rode part of the run course too. I don't much like running on gravel and it seemed hilly. Bear in mind that anything with a little hill when running becomes "hilly" in my mind.

Did you wear a wetsuit for the swim RG? I go back and forth on whether or not I should wear mine.

Today was my last run before Sunday. I'm so thrilled because it was actually a good one. I hope I run as well on Sunday.

This is the Tri For Real?? Is it OK to wish you "fun" at one of these? I know you'll have a great race, and I can't wait for the report and Thom's pix!

Yep - Tri for Real. My second "practice" race. I better have fun. That's the whole point.

I don't know if Thom will get very good pictures on this one. The Tri for Fun run course was a weird sort of figure 8. This one is a lollipop. I'm going to try for a smile as I finish this time.

Veronica, have fun! I personally have no doubt that you'll get through it well---you are a formidable athlete.
