    Good Video...

Of an Adventure Cycling C&O - GAP trip.
Weaver's pie is featured as is Bill of Bills Place

From my recent experience, those downed trees on the canal are unusual. Crews are hard at work keeping the trail clear.
The GAP sure does look like a smooth stretch of highway...I did 32 miles today- Harper's Ferry to Barron's Museum-and I'm pooped from the rocks and the roots!
and Barron's was closed when I got there! Click image for larger version.

So I sat on these steps and ate raisins and a brownie

The rocks and the roots poop us out too on the Canal. Doing 20 miles last year on it was exhausting!

i should try that one out on the canal. I like it on the road (but I like my Trek better)

Yeah, I did. It's kinda nice with the options of shocks but yes, we took the hybrids on the Canal. Part of the reason we got hybrids in the first place. Oh yes, I would imagine the Trek would be a nicer ride. I'm glad that you have taken the Nomad for a spin.
