    Congrats to Silver!!! Another Tri Age Group Win!

    That's right, today, Silver won her age group for the Evansville YMCA Sprint Triathlon!

    Not only this, she achieved a personal best with a total time of 1:39:41!

    • 1/2 mile Swim - about 12 minutes
    • 19.1 Mile Bike - about 56 minutes
    • 3.1 Mile Run - about 25 minutes
    • She shaved 11 minutes off last year's time with a 10 mph wind from the east
      (Official Times not posted online)

    Plus, several folks she coached and encouraged finished strong as well including a 20 year old who was the 8th woman to cross the finish line following Elaine's coaching on the bike!
