Oh, holey ouchie molie. I'm just thinking, do I really want to improve my speed? That and I don't think I will ever ride in the rain. OUCH!!

Surprised they dint show the clip of Joseba Beloki on the descent in the TdF 2004 when he and Lance were out front and Lance ended up going 'cross for almost 100 m before rejoining the road *after* a hairpin bend.
Recognised a lot of them, actually.
