I lost 5.5 pounds in the past two weeks (I skipped TOPS last week). BUT, last week I had gained 2, so really I lost more like 7.5.I'm very surprised. Curious what'll happen next week.
How's everyone else doing?

"Keep plugging along. The finish line is getting closer with every step. When you see it, you won't remember that you are hurting, that anything has gone wrong, or just how slow or fast you are.
You will just know that you are going to finish and that was what you set out to do."

Great loss OTG! I admire your ability to keep losing with all this Christmas food around.
I suck. I have not lost anything for several weeks. I think I may have gained 1 lb but it's hard to tell because my weight fluctuates so much. For now, my diet is on hold with a goal to not gain more than 2 lbs over Christmas and then hit the diet hard after the break. I'm not too worried because I know I can do it when I put my mind to it. I haven't been riding, and haven't used the trainer lately because I hurt my back. It's better now so I have no more excuses.![]()

Time to hit the road...and lose some weight!!!
Way to go, OTG!!! That's some mighty impressive weight loss!
I'm down about 3.5 lbs since I started my new program on Dec 3rd. I'm pleased.I'm hoping my momentum will help me through the holidays at my parent's house where I will be bikeless.
