I will admit I thought about running, and have all week, but I'm being a good girl. I'm in that dangerous territory between feeling better and probably moving too fast for what my body is prepared for. I'm sure the full day of snowboarding on Saturday wasn't the greatest of ideas, but it felt good to get out.
So, it's yoga and the bike trainer for me.

I missed my bike and I sure wish I could ride outside (I'm jealous of KSH's weather!). Of course it waited to snow until the week of my marathon. While I was running I could have been riding, but now that I can ride, the roads are icky... which means I can run. Darn you, nature, and your cosmic ironies.
Next week, I can start running again, but only short distances, 1-2 miles. I'm somewhat afraid I might have lost any speed I gained during marathon training by taking 2 weeks off and 2 weeks easy after that, but I know if I can keep my body in the condition it's in (or close), it will come around.
Looking good, KSH. Come next spring, you'll be a force to be reckoned with.
