    It's 44 and sunny...

...so why do I have to be in the lab and not outside riding?

Looking forward to summer so that I can get my rides in during daylight hours.
At least I don't leave slime trails.

58 degrees today! But...I had a PT appointment this afternoon and he fired my neck up so I couldn't ride. Muscle spasms in neck = no riding It wasn't HIS fault, if I hadn't waited a blasted month after the whiplash to get it seen to things wouldn't have gotten near as bad. Perhaps. But I am starting to feel better!

I have a 7 mile mountain bike trail hike planned tomorrow. It will be in the 40's and if I can't ride the trails right now I CAN hike them

love your attitude (: I always take hiking shoes when I mountain bike in case I (for whatever reason- wreck, mechanical) can't ride my whole time I can hike instead!!! (Don't ask why I started doing that ! hahahah)

As a very beginning mountain biker, I believe in hiking trails before I ride them. I really want to ride in the Brown County Breakdown this October, and there some trials in Brown County State Park I've not yet even seen...so since I am recovering from my whiplash injury this winter I made a goal of hiking all 25 miles of the mountain bike trails there this winter

What makes all of this even more fun is IMBA gave the trail system there epic status in 2011, and there are few systems in the world they've given that designation to. Frankly I may not be able to ride all of the short route in October, but I will ride all of it that I can
