    Sushi? ahhhh or Spring Rolls!!!!
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand, strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming: "Yeah Baby! What a Ride!"

Grilled marinated chicken strips with kind of a peanut sauce (kind of a Thai thing) - I have a great recipe at home - very easy, looks cool, and yummy!

What about a salad with an asian dressing - tomorrow I can get you my recipe for a ginger/soy dressing that is wonderful and refreshing. Yum - I haven't made it in years - now you got me craving it!

I also do a sushi california roll salad. Brown rice chilled with rice wine vinegar, cover with strips of cucumber, avocado and crab, then sprinkled with soy and toasted sesame seeds. If your guests are up for it, cut strips of seaweed nori sheets for a garnish.

One of my favorites is Indonesian Corn Fritters, also called Dagung. Served with a sweet soy sauce, yummy....

Mmmmm, these all sound good. Can't make them all but you could post them and I can try to work my way through them all.
