    Passed appetizer – Cocoa and Ancho Dusted Scallops on a Plantain Chip
    Paired with St Abe Belgian Artisanal Ale

    Plated Appetizer – Duck Enchilada with Mole Sauce

    Good luck SK - we *finally* sold our condo after a year on the market (and 11 months of 2 mortgages). Happy house selling thoughts

    And yes - the dinner sounds lovely - probably good for my budget that I'm across the country!!

    11 months . . . . noooooo, whimper.

    Our agent called today. The couple that came through 3 times last week came over another 4 times this weekend. Today they decided that the house didn't have the right Feng Shui. How can it take 7 viewings to figure that out?

    You know, all the Amtrak routes I have went on have served booze...You could prefunc before you get to the venue.
