I think the edit button disappears after 24 hours. Looking at my posts from yesterday show the ones less than 24hrs old have the edit button still showing, but ones more than 24hrs old have the button gone.

Is it just me or is everyone missing that?
It's here on my original thread starter but nowhere else!
My typos will live forever and that drives me nuts!

Yes, that's right Eden, and also, the edit function only lasts for a little while. I wanted to delete an old post that had my real name in it and I couldn't. I had to email the admin. to have them delete it. He told me how long the edit function stays there but I can't remember.

Well it was shortly after the magazine article came out and before July. I googled my name and the TE post came up so I went to change it and couldn't. I emailed them and asked why I couldn't edit and that's when he told me.
