    OT: Happy Mothers Day

    To disable ads, please log-in.

It's Mother's Day here in Australia. Is it where you are?

Happy Mothers Day if it is and if it isn't I hope you have a beautiful sunny cycling day...

I had a great day. My DH and son got me breakfast in bed, and took me down to our family room, and there was my bike set up on a brand new trainer, with everything hooked up! I was over the moon! (It' starting to get cold here)

I hope you have a great day too.

My daughter's currently living in London, where it's not Mother's Day, and I think she may have forgotten (sigh!). No 1 son called however; found me 100k from home cycling across the Fleurieu Peninsula on the new bike. He kind of sighed, and said "Well, as long as you're having a nice time". Perhaps I should have been at home, doing some cross stitch and listening to Andrea Boccelli? Not likely darl - kicking and screaming, it's the only way I'm going!

Happy Mother's Day from Virginia, USA. I'll be heading to my daughter's to spend the afternoon with her & my 3 sweet grands. Her hubby is cooking lunch for us...

Happy Mother's Day everyone. My DH takes the boys to breakfast and then they go to the nursery and buy a carload of plants for me. Today, even in the pouring rain. Warm Fuzzy!

Well, my daughter has four legs, and is very furry. She hasn't quite grasped the concept of mother's day. (But then, why should she, her puppies didn't even send her a card!) She did leave me a gift though, barfed 3 times on the bedroom carpet. I'll be spending my mother's day shampooing the rug rather than riding my bike

Happy Mother's Day to all the moms out there!
