Oh, very!! Excellent timing...I was just sitting here (at work! bad me!) trying to figure out how to do this. I actually just shot an email over to the Amgen folks to ask if I can ride the whole course. We'll see if anyone emails me back!

In truth, I've got a slight migraine. But - the $%@%& who is supposed to cover for me called in sick today and isn't expected tomorrow either.

I'm really glad you guys got to see the race today! One question... if you ride your bike onto the course to watch do you have to get there before the start time?Can you walk on or off the course at any point during the race?Last edited by slinkedog; 02-21-2006 at 10:54 PM.

I haven't looked at the start list lately, but I don't recall seeing that Bianchi had a team there.
Cool coverage on cbs5.com, if uninformative. Someone needs to tell the helicopter camera guy that you DON'T focus on the one dude who's getting dropped by the pack on the climbs.
