I have a good friend who is always talking about her FarmFit program. Her workouts sound much like this.

Front yard landscaping. I'm really happy only my hands, forearms and quads were sore. I did a lot of bending and lifting, but my back is good.

    My Weekend Workout

That's one thing I love about doing these intense workouts a few of us talk about. When it comes to moving rocks, lumber, firewood, shoveling, holding ceiling fans above your head while DH mounts it.....all is made easier and safer (less injuries) by being strong.
