New advocacy group founded by a bunch of folks including Tom Rinker of The Bicycle Escape: Frederick Bicycle Coalition. Roger told me about it a couple months ago so they've been working on it for a while, but they just got their website up. Not much info yet, but I expect it will grow fairly quickly.
