999 - So where's Nanci? I think it's only right that she has the 10,000th post since she started this thread.

Well drifters, I am going to go play in my fresh snow while I have it, then off to do domestic house cleaning chores.

    Have a wonderful day everyone.

Edit: we made it past 10,000

I need to clean my apt. Y'all sound so industrious, cleaning and vacuuming and stuff.

Weird run: freaky man and freaky dog (off leash) at the track. So I came back here and ran through the apt complex. Not as nice as the track, but much less freakitude.

I fry my eggs in my cast iron pan with a gazillions calories worth of olive oil and cheese.

    MMmmMMmmMm!

Coffee cup toast to Nanci, who started TD! And look at the changes her creation has brought to all our lives!

    Yay, Nanci!!!

... I knew a lady who was set in the belief that one could knit etc with Samoyed fur... that it 'didn't smell doggy' etc etc.

    She was wrong.

Just like people can claim their wool doesn't smell sheepy when wet (hey, maybe some doesn't...) this lady was way way wrong.

...didn't stop us from giving her our dog's fur, though. I mean SHOPPING BAGS FULL when these dogs started shedding in the spring. UGH.

here. and notice in the 'misc.' section. They're all wrong too. OMG.

Well, looky here... you did it!!! thanks everybody. You put a big smile on my face.

Hey, Knot - no 'shrooms? gotta have 'shrooms in there. now go clean something woman... start with that dirty mind. Um, on second thought, leave that just the way it is.

Snap - cool video. LMAO! I had a Vader shirt as a kid. I thought Luke was a wuss. (<<I got away with that word. )

BMo3 - so glad to hear you got snow! Yea! thanks for the pics. Tell Mr. BMo3 that I would love to go to Cabo. We'll hang out at Cabo Wabo and meet Sammy. *Ahem* Can I bring a date?

Kit - I think you may have been hanging out with the wrong kinda wool if it was smelling "sheepy".

There should be a barter system or something for dog owners. You've got those who can knit a sweater with the stuff and others who put sweaters on their dogs. (I had a Husky who loved me so much, she gave me a new fur coat everyday.)

I'm gonna go take Pounce out for a spin today before BMo3's snow gets here. Her first big girl ride out in public. Then, *sigh* the family. Grrrrrrrrrrr. (I may need another ride after that.)

I will back here later to get my smile put back on my face the whole way.
