We did a really "fun" set today. 4 x 75 Fly followed by a 50 fly. Each 75 was broken down into 25 kick, 25 drill, 25 swim. Then we repeated the same thing for back, breast and free. I used fins for the fly and the back stroke. I am pretty happy that I got through the 50 fly. Fins made it easier for sure, but man am I tired now!

The last set was 6 x 50 free. The first 50 was steady, second was build and third was sprint, repeat. I was doing these on 1:15 and was pretty pleased to be getting 25 - 30 seconds rest and managed to do the last 50 in 40 seconds. Did I mention that I'm really tired?

Oh, yeah... we also did an interval run this morning. But I don't think that's why my shoulders feel fried.
