Silver Bean Coffee and our Koala!

Last year we adopted Koala, the kitty in my avatar. We just got back from volunteering at Best Friends, and I learned that Silver Bean coffee has a coffee blend with her on it!

I am working with Bend It Cycling to create a Best Friends Animal Sanctuary cycling shirt and technical tee. Curtis is calling them and hopefully he will be able to work something out!

By the way, Koala just celebrated her one year with us in July, and her 10th birthday in June. She is doing well, and yes, is off all medication!

Cool beans We've adopted our dogs from breeders but adopted our only cat from a shelter three years ago. We have loved all of our animals but it makes me feel especially warm and fuzzy to know that we saved our kitty from who knows what.
