Possegal, would you add me in to the challenge even though you're halfway through this session?

    143.5 this a.m. 138 would be a reasonable goal for 8/31.

After dinking around all year, I finally started tracking my points again in WW. Seems that without that accountability, my weight creeps inexorably upwards. I'd like to get back into my skinny clothes again!

    Thanks!

Folks are more than welcome to join at any time. Never a problem! I will then just put in your weight from when you join as your week 1 weight also (so the calculations work). But it is always open for joining!

New folks - are you also wanting to be added to the spreadsheet? Folks sometimes post but don't want to be in the spreadsheet. Anything you want is fine = this is all about helping and supporting folks in whatever way works best for them.

So just let me know if you want to be in the spreadsheet and I'll add you in. Anytime!
You too can help me fight cancer, and get a lovely cookbook for your very own! My team's cookbook is for sale Click here to order. Proceeds go to our team's fundraising for the Philly Livestrong Challenge!

    Friday July 27: 107.2

I am up again. I really need to be at 104 or thereabouts. But I have been eating obsessively, with my calories at about 2000 a day. I have to stop or I will be fat again.

Same here, and it has been frustrating. Have been doing a LOT of gym work, really too much for this time of the year but what else can we do in this heat? I am not riding in 100 degree temps...

I had a really not so good week of eating two weeks ago, but got it back on track this week food-wise this week. It was hot/gross this week, but I managed commutes x5 (110 mi) plus a 2 mile run last weekend so hopefully I can keep that up and stay on track....
