    Hi there,

I'm new to road bikes and been cycling on my new bike on my turbo trainer. I've just started to cycle on the road and have noticed that my toes have been getting a bit numb after about 20 mins. I'm using Look easy pedals and Fox pro roadshoes.

    Any pearls of wisdom?

It's relatively common for your feet to swell a little (especially if it is warm). Just either start out with the straps on your shoes a bit looser or loosen them after a little while on the bike.

Also make sure your socks are not too tight. You should be able to wiggle your toes easily.
