Please add me to the list as well.

The challenge has been very helpful to me - I'm on track to meet a time goal and days ridden goal that were huge stretches for me (especially with the holidays!). I'll be thinking about my January goals over the next week - I do think I'll back off biking, and include other activities for some of my personal goals....

Let me just say reading the previous thread and how this all started has me intrested too. My problem, though, is my aerobic ability is not up there yet. So I have been translating this to walking for now. To create some sort of base. I hope this will help.

Since we moved, things are still all scattered around the house/garage and not in their "real" homes.

I'm interested! I need some kind of accountability. I am terrible at exercising for the sake of exercising.
At least I don't leave slime trails.

I could have sworn i posted yesterday..

Anyway, thanks for setting this up Veronica! I'm definitely in. It's the only thing that kept me motivated (though I didn't meet my goal). I've gained about 10 pounds from Sept through now and want to lose the 10 pounds beore Spring.

I'd like to try! Of course, I don't know what data I could put in because I don't have any gadgets but maybe this is a good opportunity to get one! My boyfriend needs a belated Christmas gift idea (he originally purchased a tempurpedic pillow for me but all the models are waaay too thick and uncomfortable, imo).

All you need is a watch or a clock - it's time based.

Yes. I had a bit of a setback last month but I'm ready to get back on the trainer!

Please add me in again. December turned into its usual crazypants hectic I-have-no-life month. Hence the total of three hours. Put in on Dec. 1. LOL!!!!

I'm interested in continuing too. It was fun and a source of motivation even though I didn't hit my December goal. However, it is the first time I have ridden my bike outdoors this late in the year!
