    This is supposed to be cold weather!

    Alright, first is a woman's large pearl izumi insula tour jacket $60 + shipping. I don't think the tags are still on it, but I've never worn it. Price new is $150:

    Alright, the title is supposed to be cold weather cycling gear.


    Prices dropped to $50+shipping for the insula tour jacket.

    What's the underarm to underarm measurement on the Insulatour jacket? PI seems to be wildly inconsistent in sizing...

    (And can anyone tell me how warm it is?)
