Hello and a very belated welcome to Ottawa!

There are a number of different classes and locations throughout town for a variety of different levels. Classes range from bicycle club level to those who just want a workout. For those wanting the easiest place to start without the hassle of a gym membership, you can check out Ottawa Parks and Recreation which has a variety of Spinning classes in Nepean and Orleans. There is also Inner Soul Yoga and Cycle in Nepean that offers multivisit or monthly memberships. Ottawa Fit near Holland and Wellington and CycleFit on St. Laurent is more geared to bicycle clubs and serious riders. Both Ottawa Fit and CycleFit allow you to book a series of classes.
