    136.5 this morning Headed in the right direction, even though I'm pretty sure my initial weigh in was a little high due to water retention.

    Hopefully I can stay on track next week...I'm going to New Orleans for a meeting, and I've heard the food there is amazing.

    167.4. Down slightly! Good enough for now. Having been sick with a cold for 10 days, I usually eat warm comfort bread-like food when I don't feel good, so it could have been quite a gain! Lucky this time!
