I was eating potato chips as I started reading this thread. Than remembered saying I wasn't going to eat chips anymore in an earlier post.

    They are now put away.

    Glad to have the accountability.

Weighing in a day early as I will be getting up before I go to bed tomorrow to catch the early morning train and start the journey from the end of the world to CA (or at least that's how it seems when you have to get up at 4am, catch the 5:30 train, spend 3.5 hrs on the train just to get to the airport then three flights to get to CA).

Anyway, not much movement this week. Stacks of exams to mark and meetings to rush to kept me too busy and rushed to cycle much. But my weight is ever so slightly down from last week: 211.8. I'll take whatver small steps I get. And next week while in CA I'm sure mom (Duck-on-Wheels) will keep me on track, then the week after is ALC when i'll at least get enough exercise. Hopefully when I get back the numbers will be better...

I figured with the holiday folks would be weighing in on varying days, no biggie!

Good luck on your travels UKe, and can't wait to hear about your ride!

I am hanging in at 151. I have been eating more veggies and fruit. I just wonder if it has to do with my Dr changing my thyroid medication. She decreased back in October. I gained about 5-6 pounds within a month or 2 and have not been able to drop it. I have spoken to her about this but she disagrees. Oh well. I will keep trying with eating more veggies and increasing my time on my bike. Good luck everyone.

Too many snotty germs for a trip to the gym tonight, so no weighing to be had for now.

up .6 pounds..... it could have been worse I have been so hungry this week after my first triathlon. I am sure I did not refuel properly that day. I also had my daughter in for several days from Oregon and ate out much more then normal. My father in law also has been cooking at night and I have not really been eating that much for dinner for a while.

140 - down a little bit - still can't run but I was able to increase walking miles this week & was able to get out on the bike for a few easy rides - knowing that I have to post my weight sure has been helping me decide whether or not to eat something "bad"!!

    Thanks Possegal

Still 149. But I'm seeing some real definition in my muscles. It's kinda cool, so I suspect I've added some more muscle mass.

Down a half of pound - 141.5. After all the sushi I ate last night, I guess I can't complain.
