Hey,
Was just looking at the vegetarian pages here and wanted to put out there that I've written a couple of books on primarily vegetarian cooking- they have little drips of suggestions on where meat can be incorporated into recipes, but mainly vegetarian foods with nutrition information on the primary ingredients. Easy to make stuff, not over your head 20 ingredients pr/recipe type of thing~you can read about or pick them up here if you're interested!
