    Question Online Shops?

I'm looking at a couple online shops: Cambria Bike and Colorado Cycles. We're getting another full suspension mountain bike and the prices over here in Japan are unreal (twice as much as in the US). Specifically Santa Cruz bikes.

Does anyone have any experience shopping/shipping with these companies?

    Thanks!

We've bought countless things from Colorado cyclist over the years (granted not a bike, though I have a friend who did and had no problems at all).

Never shopped on line at Cambria, but I am VERY impressed by the helpfulness of the staff at their stores.

I too have shopped at Colorado Cyclist and they have been great. I have not purchased a bike either, but they have good customer service.

We just ordered a Santa Cruz from them and you bet you'll be hearing from me if it doesn't go as planned Now I just have to wait!

5 days after the bike shipped I've received the wheels and they look perfect. +1 so far for Colorado Cyclist.

Shipping was cheap too. On a full bike to an FPO (foreign military postal address) PO Box was only $89.

If the rest of the bike comes in one piece in the next few days I'll be using them again.
