This year's 2007 MS 150 is coming up fast. If you want to challenge yourself to a longer ride, but aren't sure about doing it yourself, this is a great opportunity!!! I did this ride for the 1st time last year & it was very fun, a great challenge, and very social too! Lots of details below.

The ride leaves Grand Rapids, Michigan on June 9th. You have a choice of a 75 mile or 100 mile road ride. Both take you to Hope College in Holland, Michigan, where everyone stays overnight in the dorm rooms. On June 10th, you have a choice of a 75 mile or 100 mile road route (different roads than the first day) back to Grand Rapids.

The ride is extremely well supported--with sag stops providing ample food, fluids, port-a-loos, and very happy, helpful volunteers every 10 miles or so; mechanical assistance, routes clearly marked. Your entry fee includes accomodations, luggage transport, Saturday lunch & dinner, Sunday breakfast & lunch, making this seem like an all-inclusive cycling vacation weekend with several hundred cyclists! But it's better, because the proceeds benefit a great cause: The National Multiple Sclerosis Society (research and patient programs). Fundraising targets and entry fees are both modest & achievable.

Hope to see you at the ride !!!
