Advice on DVD cycling training videos.

    Hello everyone,

I have been riding for a little less than a year now and the weather here in Texas is getting unpredictable. I am a cold natured person, so when it gets about 50 degrees, I get too cold. Anyway, to my question, do any of you ladies have suggestions to which DVD's I could purchase to train on my indoor trainer? Are there any women specific videos, or does that matter? As a semi-beginner what can I start with?

I don't want to waste anytime not riding as I hope to get fast one day and drop my husband.

Thank you, any advice or suggestions is appreciated.

Do a search on "Spinervals" and that should bring up several threads with comments and reviews on various DVDs, from Spinervals as well as other brands.

    - Gray 2010 carbon WSD road bike, Rivet Independence saddle
    - Red hardtail 26" aluminum mountain bike, Bontrager Evoke WSD saddle
    - Royal blue 2018 aluminum gravel bike, Rivet Pearl saddle

    Gone but not forgotten:
    - Silver 2003 aluminum road bike
    - Two awesome worn out Juliana saddles
