Amazingly I was down a lb to 182. This was a very tough week with a bit of stress eating. So I am surprised. But I did make one big change this week, I had fallen into the habit of going to work on an empty stomach and then buying high fat/calorie breakfasts at the work cafeteria. I've got a list of changes I want to make and I know I can't or shouldn't do them all at once. So that one change is an accomplishment. Now if I could do something about this stressful life.![]()
