That one wins for "Understatement of the Week!"
    Brrrrrr.....

Sometimes, for me, the biggest challenge of commuting is having a schedule that makes it feasible. This was a bad week....only one day...and I won't ride tomorrow. Between long/late meetings, early presentations downtown, and afternoon Dr's/Dentist appointments, this week has been one big chaotic mess. I'm looking foward to the holiday-shortened week next week!

5 for 5 this week, for the third week in a row. That's every work day so far for November. Wednesday had the first spots of ice, but today I was riding in shorts and short sleeves. Our weather is weird.

Tomorrow should be my first since last Monday, I hope! I had to send my big headlight off for repair, and I won't ride in the dark dark with my little one. Crappy weather and travel didn't help either

I'm feeling more than a little rusty!

    back on track

3 for 3 this week, assuming all goes well on the way home. Crescent moon is making the evenings pretty pleasant in the dark. Plus my new neon green spokelits cheer me up!

Last week wasn't great, only 1 for 3 because of a late after work meeting/overnight.

After that less than great showing my ride this Tuesday morning through 18 degrees F and lots of icy patches felt great -- I can do this!

3.5 for 4. Hubby picked me up on Monday when I got sick. Tuesday I stayed home. The rest of the week was good. Slower than usual, though.

3 for 3 this week. If the weather stays this nice, I'll probably get in lots more riding over the break. I'm just glad this work week is over. The shop has been a bit tense. The commute has been the best part of my day!

One for me this week. I was waiting to see about today, but it's cold, wet and windy, so I'm wussing out. This is also the first week since June that I won't make my weekly 100 mile goal. Oh, well, 'tis the season!

1 out of 4 this week. It was very windy, but I'm glad that I rode today after all that Thanksgiving feasting!

I don't know if this counts, but since I've injured my wrist, I've adapted my commute to be indoors on the trainer twice a day. I don't like the trainer much, but thinking of it as a commute actually motivates me.

Seeing as I work from home, I'm pretty pleased with this solution.
