I'm in - current weight is 154, goal weight 145 (I ultimately want to make it to 135). I just joined a gym and am being followed by a trainer and a nutritionist (first appointment this Wednesday). And just discovered spin classes! Living in a house with people who need to GAIN weight can be tough...

Got you added in there e.e.cummings. Enjoy your travels Susan and we'll look for you at the following week's weigh in. Jestvetmd - jealous of your vacation but I hear ya on the fear due to how the clothes are fitting.

Wow, things are going great for me-- swimming during the week and riding long 50 mile + rides is really having an impact.

My pants are all looser and more comfortable AND

... I never thought I'd be happy to say this:

But I fit a smaller bra that I had from a summer of triathlons!

    Hooray!

Weight this am: 170.2. NO GAIN OVER VACATION! Amazing. What do you know.

Now, to get going and move below that 170 mark! My goal for this week is 167 by next friday. Good luck all!

Oy....just got my IUD out yesterday afternoon. This morning, the scale is up 4 lbs and I'm bloated already! I think that my first TTOM in 4 years is heading at me like a freight train so I don't expect that tomorrow's weigh in will be even remotely accurate.

I'm blown for tomorrow's weigh-in. DH is giving me an unexpected night off. Which means I'm staying in the big city where I work. I will do some shopping and then gorge myself with Indian food--NAANNNNNN!!!!!!!

We don't have Indian cuisine in the town where I live and I don't often make it at home because DD doesn't like it. This is a very special treat.

    187.0-

Starting Weight Watchers at work on Tuesday (luckily.) I lost 34 pounds about 9 years ago, so I know it works, as long as you stick with it!

Missed last week's weigh in due to out of town trip for family celebration.
Although I DID run 3 days... teh amount and type of food was --well not good. And let's not talk about the wine consumption! But teh trip was fun.
1st day post vacation/trip was up to 126 (OMG!).

Today after a couple of sucessful eating days I am back to 123.2

Still not really moving in the right direction...but I need to stay very serious! I have about 2 weeks til "real" vacation. Although it is a bike vacation--you know how the eating is on these! Wish me luck! (or is that will power and dedication!)

129.2 today-- not too bad considering how all the rain here this week has kept me inside...

142 for me. Limewave, it looks like you got to enjoy your night on the town and a weight loss - way to go!
