Hello!
Well - this is my first official weigh-in post - wish it was better but down @ a half pound (my scale is really old - the kind where the line goes through the number & if you tip forward or backward you can make the line go to a higher number or down to a more pleasing lower number)
I have an injury that has stopped me from riding or running but it is healing & I'm hoping to get back on the road next week - that should help with the calorie burn.
