I'm enjoying Sharffen-Berger and a Pyramid Snow Cap right at this moment.

No cookies here, but I am going to a Guy Fawkes barbie tonight. Something about eating burnt meat and blowing things up appeals to my primal self somehow. Heck, there might even be beer drinking.
Drink coffee and do stupid things faster with more energy.

Dirt Diva, i want to know more about a guy fawkes barbie.
I am thinking this means barbeque, but what does that have to do with blowing things up?

Watch the movie "V for Vendetta", Mimi. I'm so lucky that Guy Fawkes' day is also my b-day. We are watching it tonight.

Yeow. I take a few days off and you ladies spin UTTERLY OUT OF CONTROL.

Snap, I am keeping my tootsies painted all winter this year. I noticed around the unpainted edge of the base of toe #2 on the left foot is looking quite black. I'm better off now knowing what's under there, I think.

Mr yellow is gone again this week so I'm having organic toaster pastries for dinner. One of my trail running Yodas said she ran her best ever ultra on a diet of Pop Tarts and Pringles. I have yet to buy the pringles but I just might buy them (and hide them) while Mr yellow is gone. MMMMMmmm. Salt and fat.

aka_kim...I love Snow Cap. Have one for me, 'kay? I'm off of alcohol until after the big run Dec 1 (but "toaster pastries" and Pringles are still OK).

Anyone heard from SK? Didn't she move this weekend?

oh okay fireworks thanks for all the edification. i feel bad because today i did not go to spin class. headache was overwhelming and i made lots of excuses. I did however, go for a walk and do my stretches. It seems like I have a drill sergeant in my head making me exercise... but i don't always listen.
