What's in your stable? Mountain bike - an entry level Jamis that I got November 2004 and a Road Bike - de Rosa Corum (steel) that I've had since July, 2005. Can I list my motorcycles, too? Ducati 750 Monster and Suzuki 650.


Fastest speed on a road bike? where? when? 39.5 downhill in a triathlon on my mountain bike. I am looking forward to doing my first tri with my road bike on March 18th.


What is the biggest lie you've ever told: what, me lie, never!

Most memorable moment on my bike: The first time I rode to the top of a mountain. I never would have tried it on my own, but a friend convinced me that I would be able to make it, and I did. Now, I try to find nice climbs whenever I go out.

Annie, quad city,Iowa. It is a garden show I think it start's on the 23rd. I am not positive where the show is held there my guess is a convention center maybe. I tink if you google quad city flower show it migt say.
And they are temporary. Most clients take tem down as soon as the event is over but some have kept them up and let nature take it's coarse. The longest outdoor one to date was just over a year. It went through several snow storms and a spring thaw.
CorsairMac-the AZ fair if I am correct was 1994 and 95. Tough jobs too. 8 guys 1 women (me) and 115 degree weather for 32 days. I only broke down and cried twice on the first one and once on the 2nd job. We got 4 inches of rain in two hours on the 2nd job. Erased two weeks of detail. I cried as i watched it go away and then started laughing. grabbed a piece if plywood and started surfing the run off!

Funny. It's so weird because all I've ever done is read about the Rohloff. Never seen one, let alone ridden one, but being a bit of gear-lover, just had to have one. Especially, since it will make taking care of the bike easier. (yeah, i know you can do the same thing with singlespeeds and fixies, but I like my gears)

I'm so excited I can hardly stand it. Seems unreal. Suppose it will ge more real as I start sending more $$$ out.
