It's Meow Bike/ Catch my Tail

So OK it looks like I am first to post! Is anyone else entering? Is everyone waiting for the last moment to enter? Well since I am going to be away from my computer for the next week or so I have to do this now!

Small little story for this jersey. I entered the last contest on a whim while looking for work after a redundancy. Who knew that the 12 watercolour pencils I brought to do that would lead onto bigger things. I kept on looking at those pencils and eventually got out the paper and starting drawing- mainly lovebirds which I had as pets as a child. The first few attempts were not so great but I kept on going. Soon the pictures were looking really good and I brought more pencils and better paper.

Last month I created my own website to sell my paintings- mainly pet portraits.

Anyway this jersey can have one of two titles- "It's Meow Bike", because the front cat is looking very possessive there, and "Catch my Tail" for the back.
If you would like to see larger pictures I have uploaded them to my website-

Very nice, Kiwi. The cat fans will love that one (can you do one w/a golden retriever for the dog people?)!

Could you introduce yourself lkuntz to us all? There's a thread topic pinned under CYCLING to summarize yourself. You seem quite new to TE forums.

Hope you'll join us and tell us about your cycling more frequently.

Did you get the patterns from somewhere?

This is an innocent question from stupid me who doesn't work with graphics software much at all.

Your Lost Jersey design is innovative. But that design like some of your others, I can't seem to load up for a bigger view when I click on the thumbnail...

You might want to think about the types of alternate wearable colours for Lost Jersey design since it is an interesting design never seen before for a jersey. Is that belt "drawn" on the jersey design or a hidden pocket?

since we can comment on this thread...

    Very interesting.
It almost makes me want to do somethin'..but I'll take forever dreamin' up designs but unable to commit to the computer screen/paper/canvas.

Seems like for some reason, so far, pink appears at least in a design per creator.

    racing stripes

A little bit retro... again, not set on colors.

    red:

    another color option:

and orange because I was inspired by Euskaltel-Euskadi kits while watching racing this morning (although I'm not a fan of the team, just like the colors):

    Heat Wave

Summer inspired Jersey. I finally got through the 30 some loads of laundry and snuck a little free-time last night to work on this.
