You too can help me fight cancer, and get a lovely cookbook for your very own! My team's cookbook is for sale Click here to order. Proceeds go to our team's fundraising for the Philly Livestrong Challenge!
First week of counting calories and purposely eating in a deficit and the scale goes up by a half a pound. Nice. Not.
Whatever - I'll keep keepin' on....

						Just weighing in at 147
: )
164.8 this morning. Small bump down.
It doesn't seem like a milestone, but it's the weight that the BMI calculator has as the highest weight in the healthy weight range for my height. So I am officially (though it seems silly and one pound is an arbitrary difference) in the healthy weight range and no longer "overweight." But I have a ways to go before I am in MY normal weight range.

I thought I was watching the amount I was eating but the scale said I did nothing different. Stayed the same 149.2. Doc says I'm not allowed to do any exercises other than walking, so I guess I better walk a little farther
I'm down 2 pounds to 183.
164.6 that is 40 total pounds lost for me and I am really happy.
Still at 155, I will keep trying.
I weighed in at 134.5!

						147.6 today.
No change for me this week. But, on a positive note...I have ridden 102 miles this week. It feels good to get back out on the road instead of a trainer.
229...argh.
In my defense, I've been off all training for two weeks due to a minor car accident which resulted in whiplash and soreness/stiffness. My GP and my chiropractor concurred with me resting my neck for a bit or I could turn a minor injury into a major injury, so I've been out of the pool and off the bike for two weeks.
Until yesterday. I swam 11 laps, but it took me 25 minutes (550 yds), and my neck was tight afterward. So it looks like a few more days off for me.
