Yesterday:
oatmeal with a banana
cheese sandwich on whole wheat
noodle soup with spinach
burrito with brown rice, hominy, zucchini, corn and spinach, with guacamole in a whole wheat tortilla
an orange, a pear, and a cherry Greek yogurt
