I would like to join you guys....Im a little nervous comitting to this. My weight seems to stay the same NO matter what I eat, how much I ride, blah blah...
I'm a little older 44 and have 3 kids...my bf% is around 20% which is good for my age but I really need to lose about 10 pounds. I have tried to lose these pounds for about 3 years...and only manage to go u and down 5 pounds. Some might think it is where I should be but who knows...lol....

When I mentioned it to him last night, his exact words were, "Wow! It's that easy? I noticed my pants were fitting a little looser." Men are so oblivious sometimes, LOL.
