Once I got too small for my old one, I ordered a smaller size because I love it so much. The too big one is really too big, but I keep it for emergencies...

I've worn the CW-X for everything. Even wear it swimming with black Under Armor shorts, and call it my swimsuit! Dries fast. Planning to wear it in the Danskin Triathlon, too.
On the CW-X, Terry is out of their Large size so I went hunting elsewhere. I also found a "D Cup" version for the larger ladies:

Unfortunately it only comes in Small and Medium at that store, which means you 36/38D ladies might still be out of luck.

your not the only one. i'm not good at it either. i have to latch them in front and then spin it around my tummy and put it on that way.

I'm so glad I'm not alone in this! I latch mine in the front and spin it around my tummy too. My daughter can put on a bra better than I can and she only has 2 or 3 years experience!

I leave 'em latched and throw 'em over my head, tho' I am pretty good at groping in the dark. (I'm not surpirsed there isn't a yoga move for doing that...)

Let's see, how about memory foam? Like they use for mattresses?
