122 this morning (down 2). It was a weird week. I dropped clear down to 120 at one point, so I started drinking more to make sure it wasn't dehydration. I've been very rigorous with the diet--eating well and not eating back all of my burned calories. Hoping to hold on to the drop now.



Did it by tracking and no wine plus a little exercise (twice out on my hybrid last week) and a couple of walks. As it included two occasions when we went out to friends for meals I'm relieved that my New Year's resolution is holding up so far. Weather this week will be cold, wet/snowy and generally uninviting so hope to have the determination to get on the turbo, though knowing me I'll probably find a million reasons why not...
