I'm still trying to figure out how this thread started by calling this a "recovery" drink? Who said it was?

I think it was a snark on the fact that some people tout chocolate milk as a recovery drink. Dairy and sugar.

Ah, well. A few weeks back I was so nauseated from the day's heat that I had ice cream and chocolate sauce for dinner. So there.

A real chocolate shake would have been the cat's pj's.

Ahem - I've been known to have coldstone for dinner. So long as you're not eating anything else, it's not *that* bad. And when it's over 100, there really aren't that many things I can eat

Ummmm . . . the title, "How's this for a recovery drink?" was supposed to be sarcastic. Guess it didn't work.

    I got it!

Just think of those folks who DO NOT bike, run, expend energy that drink those shakes!

Ah, I sort of thought you'd misread Heath for Health, but I just couldn't believe you, of all people, would do that.

Christ on a bike, that's almost twice the amount of my alloted daily caloric intake in one sitting.

I get that icecream isn't supposed to be good for you, but jeez, doesn't this seem like over-doing it a touch?

No wonder this country has an obesity problem.
