CC, it's good to hear from you.

I know what you mean--it's been 2 weeks for me and I really miss the long rides. Doc said I could get on my road bike but I feel it's not time yet. My mind is just now engaging and I'd rather paint right now.

I hope it won't be long until you enjoy a nice leisurely ride.

It was funny to see Piers Morgan roll his eyes when Paul Potts said he would be singing opera. Then his face when he heard Paul sing!!!!! Simon, Piers, and Amanda were shocked and amazed then blown away by Pauls voice. He made me cry! I hear he will be singing for the queen?

I don't believe it I now have a face to go with the name! You don't look crazy!
It sounds like you are on your way to keep from going nuts. I am sure your pilates people can help. Maybe try yoga as well, staying away from the injured parts of coarse. Walking, walking, walking, really will help a lot! you just write us when you start going to crazy. Hey you knit? Maybe go take a class in something like that. To keep your hands busy. And that way you won't get bored and reach for any tim tams. as a matter of fact just send them all to me! I will take care of them for you! That's what friends are for!

WOW that was amazing!! I love that song.

The shock on the judges faces reminds me a little of Idol in Aust a few years ago. A young guy had a good voice but was always singing pretty light weight pop stuff and then came out with this the judges were amazed.

What language was he singing in the second half? He's really good and good looking, too.

I really had a hard time with the opera singer from the UK. His teeth were so bad I couldn't look at him. It would have ruined the singing for me if I couldn't have closed my eyes. I just hope this leads to some fine dental work for the poor guy.

ETA: I mean he seemed embarrassed to open his mouth, and that was the painful part for me.
