I'm on track for my 4 swims/week.
We did 500m w/u then 200m kick. 4x50, 1x 100, 1x200 rest in btwn each then again. I can't remember the rest..
I'm going to join the local Aussie Masters Swim group now that i can swim & kick. I also want to purchase a book I saw that details all different types of sets but can't remember the title. I'd have to wander to a few book shops.
