I think the highlight of the interview was the CEO saying "Well... in this position, you have to be very laid back and relaxed. These real-estate brokers can be VERY uptight, and you can't get swept up in that. If the BUILDING's on fire, you have to be calm, nod, and say "The building's on fire. Huh." Can you handle that?"
I said "In my current position as a security guard/dispatcher, the building I'm in could very well LITERALLY be on fire, and I'm the person to dispatch all of our emergency personnel, call 911, get all the details for the incident, chemicals involved, potential reactions and evacuation of corresponding areas. All of this while managing radio communications and contacting our emergency incident commander. I'm cool as you could need.

I know I did 'better than many', but I'm not sure that I did 'better than everyone'... so we shall see.
