Been that kind of week. I seem to be in another maintenance zone. Of course the rough week made it impossible to workout. My doctor is strongly encouraging because my meds make me drowsy. I am starting to feel better about losing Maggie so this weekend we are going mountain biking, it is start.

Sorry for the delay on updates. I should say I was out exercising in the summer weather. Instead I was in bed nursing the Spring allergies.

170.3 for me.
I can barely move today. WAAAAYYY too much farm work. Everything hurts. Can I count this as my workout for the weekend?

118! After getting out and riding and exercising hard for 3 days straight - what a difference. Ok, I'm sure I'm somewhat dehydrated and will work on rehydrating today... but it was actually nice to look at the scale this morning and so thought I'd report it
Wow, check out the chart. Together, we've lost a combined 85 pounds since March 1st! Way to go, ladies. Also, special shout outs to Jones & lauraelmore who have both lost more than 10 pounds. WooHoo! And props to skinimini for making her goal so early.
Everyone is doing great!!
Susan
Thanks. All the support from TE really helped.
YES!! I'm *always* more sore after yardwork than I am after running, riding or swimming. My last two Sunday afternoons have been spent shoveling dirt (we're putting in a walkway in front of our house) and believe you me - that's a workout! I was whipped by the end of the day.
I'm so proud of you all... I have decided to join weight watchers online. I'm really excited.... any hints for how to work this whole thing out?

Polly - there's an ongoing WW thread here. http://forums.teamestrogen.com/showthread.php?t=26972
Lots of good stuff there! Read through it, then post your questions. Everyone was very helpful on the thread when I joined WW last year.
I credit WW with keeping me on the straight and narrow. Some people chafe under the structure, but it works for me.
I'm reallly loving this WW thing online... I love the points.. not calories. I also like how you can put in recepies thus encouraging you to eat at home.
It has really caused me to take a step back and think more abou tidfferent options to be full...

Tucker Cat is at 15.625 pounds.
I stayed at 151. I'm okay with that. My skinny jeans are too big and require a belt to stay put now.
